Caroline isn't the only one sitting on the new lounge sofa; the kids are also happily plopping down next to her. And rightly so, because they thoroughly tested the sofa in the store before buying it. Flopping onto the cushions and snuggling into the corners, they gave their approval with broad smiles. That certainly made the sofa choice a lot easier!

A quest

One Monday, Caroline and her mother decided to go on a lounge sofa hunt. They'd heard about an outlet and thought they'd check it out. "My mother goes there often. She'd spotted a few nice sofas, but not what we were looking for. So, off we went to Veenendaal," Caroline explains.

Caroline was looking for a sofa that wasn't too deep, one that was comfortable to sit on without sinking. "Some sofas are so deep you practically disappear into them. This one was perfect."

After a quick consultation with her husband, who was home, and sending a photo for approval, the deal was sealed. "We already had a lounge sofa, but it was worn out. The cushions were broken. This was a nice replacement," she adds. The new lounge sofa also had gray cushions, which fit in nicely with their garden.

Smooth delivery

The great thing about the purchase was how efficiently everything went. "It actually went incredibly quickly. We saw the sofa, sat down for a moment, and knew right away. The delivery was also lightning fast; we had our new purchase at home within the same week."Caroline is also impressed with the service in the store. "The staff was really friendly. They were helpful, and even the kids had a blast in the play area." She laughs: "You go to the store for a sofa and come back with a great experience. My mother knew about the store, so we had high expectations. Fortunately, they were completely met."

When asked if she'd recommend the shop, Caroline answers enthusiastically.
